Inspired by the bodacious language in 1900s circus poster announcements vis-a-vis the truth of Black women’s Divinity and authority, the collection emboldens both sender and addressee to recall the truths about our place and purpose in this world; the exclamational gravitas of our being and the gospel of authority that accompanies it— that is our duty to share amongst ourselves in written form.
