It’s called AUTHORity.

I think one of the most difficult things we must do as diarists is trace and transcribe the dialogue of that inner voice whose murmors are enabling dysfunctions in our lives. Getting to the place where those transcriptions turn into strategies to disable that voice altogether is something we cannot fear.

We don’t write to merely take notes on our circumstances, faults, and scenery. We write knowing we can change them. It’s called AUTHORity.
