One of my greatest lessons learned at the end of 2016 was that I don't have to say very much to say what I need to say. I can prove a point with one sentence, state my steadfastness with a short decree, and stand on a resolve with as few as 3 words (both in conversation and journaling). Once truth is in you it doesn't always have to be "proven" through expressed rambling, expository exegesis.

Sometimes you can speak oceans of what informs your fortitude with just a drop of knowledge from that body.
